General Terms & Conditions
We charge $75.00 (G) per hour to generate original graphics and/or edit
submitted art that is not in Camera-Ready format for production.
Adobe Illustrator (.eps or .ai) art for luggage or leather goods logos that are embroidered, silkscreened, debossed or on a medallion.
We are a custom luggage and leather goods manufacturer so therefore, can create unique designs for volume orders. Because of the complexity and time involved in the design and development of new products, a one-time R&D fee may be assessed of $125-$1500 (G). This is determined once we receive your ideas and/or specifications.
For Debossing, there is a one-time charge of $125.00 (G). For a Medallion, there is a one-time charge of $225.00 (G).
Digitizing Tape Charge: $35.00 (G) per 1000 stitches, priced-to-the penny. Minimum Tape Charge for less than 4000 Stitches: $75.00 (G). Keyboard Lettering: $25.00 (G)—Block or Script Typestyle. Names/#/Initials: $25.00 (G), per item, per location. 1 Unit Charge: $25.00 (G). Stitches: $.75 (G) per 1000 Stitches.
Because our goods are custom-made, we do not charge this fee nor an over/under % fee.
We manufacture using 420D Nylon Pack Cloth, 600D Polyester, 1000D Cordura® and 1680D Ballistics. Other fabrics are by special request.
Black, Beige, Brown, Burgundy, Camouflage, Forest Green, Navy Blue, Red, Royal Blue, Silver, Pink, Plaid, Purple, Orange, Yellow, White, etc.
FOB Shipping Point - MX, CHINA or USA, determined by quantity,
product, samples and lead time.
We make every effort to accommodate your project or event deadline and have an excellent on-time track record of delivery. In most cases, our lead time is 2 – 4 weeks from date of approved P.O. and receipt of camera ready artwork. This applies to goods that are manufactured in the USA and Mexico, and 90 days' minimum in-hands date receipt from China.
In addition to our (4) standard colors, i.e. Black Bear, Brown Moose,
Tan Elk and Red Deer, we can also manufacture leather goods in
custom colors, depending on quantity ordered and leather stock.

See first column quantity. For blank or stock-logoed goods, call, fax or email us to confirm if less-than-minimum quantities are available.
$15.00 (G) for a virtual or faxed logo paper proof.
We’ll fax an Order Confirmation for approval before getting underway with manufacturing your custom luggage or leather goods.
For Spec. or Pre-Production Samples, we charge 1st Column pricing + any Cutting Die and/or Set-Up Charges for Logos, to be quoted separately on custom-designed products.
Screen Charges: $35.00 (G) per color, per screen. Price includes: 1 color, 1 location screen printed logo. Additional colors: $2.50 (G) per color, per location. This screenprint applies to fabric luggage products only.
Credit Card on First-Time Orders, 50% Deposit/50% Balance Net 15 or Net 30, depending on credit worthiness.
We fully warrant our goods against defects in workmanship and materials under normal use and conditions. We will repair, replace or refute, (if our product has been abused), at our discretion, any Luggage & Leather Trading Co. products in question on a case-by-case basis. Because leather is a natural skin, it comes with inherent scars and will weather over time by darkening and developing natural wear patterns, pardner!
